What we collect

Information you give us

• When you ask for free sample videos: your name, company name, website, trade, email address and, if you choose, your phone number.
• When you book a call: the details you enter in our booking calendar, and the time you pick.
• When you work with us: the photos, logos and project details you send us to make your videos, and the messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data our website host records when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit.
• If you arrive from one of our emails or links, the tracking tags in that link (for example, which email you clicked).

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. If we add them, we'll update this policy first.

How we use it

• To make your free sample videos and contact you about them.
• To set up and hold calls with you.
• To provide our service if you become a customer, including billing and support.
• To keep our website working and secure.
• To follow the law and protect our rights.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and tick the box on our form, we'll text you about your samples and your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Ticking the box isn't a condition of buying anything.

We don't share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Your photos and videos

We use the photos you send only to make your videos. We don't publish your videos, or show them to other people as our samples, without your permission.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit how they use it: our website host (Vercel), our customer-management and booking system (Placeholder: confirm GoHighLevel), and our email provider.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you ask for samples but don't become a customer, we delete your details within Placeholder: e.g. 24 months of our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices

• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you these rights:

• Right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose about you.
• Right to delete personal information we collected from you.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don't sell or share it.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We don't collect any.
• Right not to be discriminated against for using any of these rights.

In the last 12 months we have collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, phone number), professional information (company, website, trade), and internet activity (basic visit data from our website host). We collect them from you directly and from your device, for the purposes listed under "How we use it".

Children

Our service is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee it.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
