These terms cover your use of this website, our free sample videos and our paid video plans. HammerReel is operated by Placeholder: legal company name, Placeholder: postal address ("we", "us"). By using the site or our service, you agree to these terms.

Free sample videos

• Free samples cost nothing and don't commit you to anything.
• We make up to 3 sample videos from photos you send us or photos on your website.
• Who can use the samples if you don't sign up: Placeholder: Luca to decide

Paid plans

• Plans are billed monthly, in advance.
• Minimum term: Placeholder: Luca to confirm (brief says month to month after the first month)
• To cancel, email us before your next billing date. Notice needed: Placeholder: Luca to confirm
• Videos are delivered within 5 days of us receiving your photos, unless we agree otherwise.

Our remake promise

If you don't like a video, tell us what to change and we'll remake it free. Placeholder: Luca to set limits, e.g. how many remakes and how soon to ask

What we don't promise

We make videos. We don't guarantee leads, sales, views, followers or ad results, because those depend on many things outside our control.

Who owns the videos

• Once you've paid for them, you own the finished videos and can use them in your own marketing, wherever you like.
• Music, stock and AI-made elements in a video are licensed for that use. Placeholder: confirm music and stock licence terms
• We won't show your videos to other people as our samples without your permission.

Your photos and content

• You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos and other material you send us.
• You let us use that material only to make your videos.

How we use AI

We use AI tools for some scenes and motion. You agree not to present AI-made scenes as photos or footage of real jobs you've done, and to follow each platform's rules for labeling AI content in posts and ads.

Using this website

Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break it, overload it or send spam through its forms.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Placeholder: lawyer to review
